During her 25 plus years in the business world,
Susanne has focused on human potential with Fortune 100 companies and brings
expertise in leadership, consulting, training and development, coaching,
cultural awareness, strategic planning, communications, change management,
project management, valuing diversity, and team building to promote a positive
and effective team environment. Susanne draws on her experience as an executive
consultant with Accenture and her varied roles with Texas Instruments in
addition to her MBA, Project Management Professional (PMP), and Birkman
Methodology training. Susanne is a certified PMP and Birkman Consultant.
Throughout her consulting career, Susanne has worked
with her clients to provide a foundation for the design, implementation and
sustainability of improved business practices and employee and management
behaviors. She has supported these improvements by working with clients to
align and engage their people in cutting edge communications, education,
training and coaching. The training development and delivery included both
technical and soft customized programs. Some of her consulting roles have
included performing as Interim Internal Communications Manager, Business
Transformation Manager for a CRM engagement, Training and Development Manager
on many engagements, and Change Management Manager on a PeopleSoft
implementation. She has also facilitated sales and marketing training programs.
Susanne has facilitated training in Change
Management, Enhanced Sales Methods, and Pride-Based Leadership to
international personnel from the oil, security, HR, financial, electric power,
non-profit, and education sectors and which included representatives from the USA, China, Iran, Mexico, Columbia,
and Honduras.
As a University of Phoenix faculty member for Quality Management and
Productivity course, Susanne has facilitated the course for professionals
in the medical, financial, and education sectors with representatives from the USA, Viet Nam, France, West
Africa, and Mexico.
While with Accenture, Susanne consulted and managed
projects for Fortune 500 companies primarily in the Technology, Communications,
and Insurance industries. Her unique set of analytical skills and organizational/cultural
insight enable her to quickly identify performance issues and recommend
solutions that achieve the desired results. A few of her varied consulting
accomplishments include training managers in how to develop and assess
compelling business cases for projects that could improve the company’s return
on investment and developing and delivering the associated Train the Trainer
materials and training to empower the organization to institutionalize the
business case development processes. Susanne also managed the Change Management
team for an Employee Resource Management development tool that was rolled out
to 11 domestic and international centers. The tool enabled HR managers to
streamline scheduling of consulting resources within their organization.
While at Texas Instruments, Susanne managed the
development of customer workshops, sales and marketing training, and annual
documentation strategies for product rollouts, which included both printed and
online documentation for digital signal processor hardware and supporting
software. She applied project management, presentation, team building,
negotiation, and facilitative skills to improve customer satisfaction and team
performance in supporting new product rollouts and improved and streamlined
production to reduce cycle times and cost per page 27 percent. Susanne has also
been a leader in Diversity in the Workplace at Texas Instruments, serving as
Editor for Diversity News, the diversity network newsletter.
Susanne was awarded her BA in Journalism Education
(Cum Laude) and her MBA with concentration in Organization Development from the
University of Houston. She is bilingual in English and Spanish.
